SHIPPING POLICY

Supply Chain

We work with verified manufacturers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Orders to the EU may be shipped from local warehouses.

Order Processing

Estimated time: up to 3 business days, Monday to Friday.

A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Destination: European Union

Estimated Time: 7–10 business days

Notes: Islands may take up to 15 days.

Events like extreme weather, strikes, customs procedures, carrier delays, or high demand may cause delays.

If 20 business days pass without receiving your package, contact us at studiopatac@gmail.com.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email when the package is dispatched.

You can also check your order status in your account, when available.

Correct Address

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

Returned packages may be:

  • Reshipped, with the customer responsible for the new shipping cost

  • Refunded, minus the original shipping cost

Failed Deliveries

Carriers typically make one delivery attempt and leave the package at a pickup point for 7–10 days.

If the package is not collected within this period, it may be returned to the sender.

Customs and Taxes

Orders from outside your region may incur VAT, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

Split Shipments

An order may arrive in multiple packages with individual tracking numbers.

Delays of More Than 30 Days

If your order is delayed by more than 30 days, you will have the option to request:

  • Free reshipping

  • Full refund
